Fenel and blood orange salad
Slice your oranges (or ruby grapefruit, in this case) into bit-size chunks, and arrange on plate with thinly-sliced fennel.
Add rocket, black olives. Drizzle over with olive oil lightly. Tasty-zingy-yummy.
