Mince, add fried onions and carrots, mix, add cream and blue cheese (melted into it) and a bit of cheddar, as well as a bit of panko. Top off with a mozarella ball, cook about 40 odd minutes on about 180. This was different from the usual in tomato sauce because it concentrated the pepper flavour. Also really meaty because there's no rice. Jolly tasty.
