At last, a way to bake pizza in a home oven. I don't use a dish at all, only baking parchment. Put the rolled out pastry on the parchment, the parchment on the kind of grill things that ovens come with, then put on the topping, while your oven is heating up. This is an enormous improvement over baking it in any kind of metal container.
