Satay sauce
Peanut
butter, lime, chili, soy and fish sauce, (tamarind), sweetener, coriander,
coconut milk (sesame oil)
Left the chicken overnight in this with some cornflour. Then had some more afterwards... without the cornflour, more lime, for dipping.
